Protocol #15 R.I.P. - remember me

Get me a good archive, and I will design you a good building. Protocol 15 is dedicated to buildings that refuse to be forgotten, excavated treasures from architectural history, and musings on projects that might be deemed “cultural junk.” These explorations remind us that the value of a structure isn’t always measured in its physical completion. Sometimes, it’s the concept, the yellow lines on the plans, or the dream of what could have been that truly resonates.

Protocol is an interdisciplinary and independent platform for current discourse on the subject of architecture, initiated by students of the architecture program at the Berlin University of the Arts. Protocol publishes selected works and results from the UdK’s architecture program and present them to a critical audience outside our premises.
