This book presents the life and work of the great fashion designer Issey Miyake and provides an encyclopedic overview of his material and technical innovations from 1960 to 2022. The creation of this volume was closely supervised by Midori Kitamura, chairwoman of Miyake Design Studio, who worked with Miyake for over 45 years.
