The 50th issue of ‘Graphic’ is published as a collaborative project with the 2023 Typojanchi International Typography Biennale, “Open Quotation Marks, Close Quotation Marks”. Its theme is typography and sound. Featuring works and writings that inspired the Typojanchi exhibition team and works and notes by participating artists, the magazine presents this content in a fragmentary manner. Much of this, however, is neither displayed in the exhibition nor put in the exhibition catalogue. The contents overlap, but are also misaligned. The structure is therefore similar Typojanchi 2023, which, rather than establishing formal ways to represent material, follows an internal rhythm or necessity.
