In After Us the Deluge, photographer Kadir van Lohuizen shows the impact on communities of rising sea levels. He travelled to Greenland, USA, Bangladesh, Indonesia, the Netherlands, Panama and the Pacific. There, he captured the havoc caused by more global warming.
